Saturday is the citywide garage sale in Cambridge, MN. We have taken part in this day for many years. Most years we setup a sale to get rid of some of the clutter in the house or sell items that we no longer have a use for. We are taking a big step this year. We are putting our old (10 plus years) couch and loveseat in the sale. The problem is we have yet to find a replacement. We may go a day or more with no couch in the living room! This couch is used for everything. Naps, TV watching, internet surfing, game playing and above all, cat bed for our fat white cat (thanks for all the cat hair!)

Craigslist up and down for a living room couch. Last night we went to the retail stores, found some nice furniture, but in the end it doesn't fit the budget.
I get excited for the citywide garage sale. People sell some of the oddest things, and there is a chance that I will end up with an old sprinkler that I have no use for, I just like the looks of them.
