The recipe calls for:
6/7 Basil Leaves
Peel and chop the pineapple and place in the bottom of the jar. Then add the basil leave and pour vodka over the ingredients. Seal jar and store in a cool dark place for 30 days.
After the thirty days strain out the liquid into a new sealable jar and added simple syrup if needed. I can't wait to try a screwdriver or a pina colada with this infusion.
