Pepper Sausage Kabobs

I think its official I am addicted to the bags of sweet peppers you can buy. We go through about a bag a week lately. When Steve saw this recipe in our newest FoodNetwork Magazine he knew I would love it. The fact that it is seriously so easy it's not really even a recipe.
Step one soak your wood skewers in water for a 30 minutes before using. Next cut the kielbasa into 2 inch chunks. Skewer the sausage and peppers onto the sticks.
They should look like this when done. Yep that's it no special seasoning or oils, just straight up peppery goodness. Place the skewers on a hot grill.
Continue grilling till the peppers and sausage are charred and heated through.
We served ours over a bed of black beans and rice. This made for a very Caribbean style meal. I really liked how it turned out and it was perfect weeknight dinner, fast and tasty.
