For my fast week night version follow along.
First step is to cut the banana into one 1/2 inch slices. Then top with peanut butter. That was not as easy as I thought it should be. Peanut butter does not like to stick to slimy bananas.
Once that is done I melted dark chocolate chips in the microwave.
I then went the quick options and just drizzled the chocolate over the tops of the bananas. Then I threw the plate in the freezer. Once dinner was over dessert was ready. No, it wasn't as pretty as the original but it tasted just fine.
