I have mentioned before that I have a close relationship with the woman in my family. Being the only daughter has given me a closeness to my Mom that has been great (most of the time :). It is something I never understood before having my own Daughter. That fine fine line between friend and parent. I pray that Mouse and can have the same kind of relationship that I have with my Mom.

I too am the only daughter and I have always relished the time spend with my mother. But sometimes I wish there was a third party to diffuse a situation that may arise.
ReplyDeleteYes, I have a brother so there was that diffusion there. But another girl won't have been bad sometimes. Poor Mouse only child that she is is stuck with me by herself
