Vintage Camper Refab

vintage camper, refab
At the beginning of September Steve and I purchased a 1972 Brougham Camper. We are so excited! We have been talking about redoing a vintage camper for some years now. On Craigslist we saw this Brougham and knew it was the one. I was looking for a camper that had a larger dining area and a bunk for Mouse. Steve wanted one that had little outside damage. This one fit all the requirements.

See, even my nephew loves the dining area. The big U shape will fit us and a friend or two perfectly. The inside didn't need a lot of work but we still want to customize it. Our first order of business was to add some more electrical outlets. The camper only had one. Next we primed all of the cabinet areas. They are now ready for their fresh coat of white paint. Here are some ideas we are looking at for the refab.

This one we really like the corner you see of wood and white. We are going keep are walls the wood paneling and the cabinets all white to show case the contrast.

I also like the use of color here. We planning on using some old quilts I have used for photo shoots for the beds. I have vintage sheets that will become the currents and pillows.
Thank you Pinterest for all the ideas.
